PB&A were engaged by Classic Developments and Classic Builders to provide the design for the Terrace House and Duplex developments to S4, S6, S7, S8, S11 & S12. In the heart of the Sunderland Precinct, the sites are the very best that Hobsonville Point has to offer, with sweeping water views and connections to the coastal walkway. The development of each site draws on this coastal aspect, providing a unique design solution, providing homes where people want to live.
A mix of 2-3 level terraces and duplexes, 3-4 bedroom homes with generous living opening out onto plentiful balconies and gardens. These sites have been designed with durability in mind, refined material palettes that responds to its coastal aspect as well as the needs of the modern Aucklander. Designed within the Hobsonville Point Design Framework, each site went through rigorous external review to ensure that the design response met the objectives of the Hobsonville Point Masterplan, adding and enhancing the high-quality urban design these sites are nestled within.
PB&A worked closely with Classic Developments and Classic Builders to ensure their development objectives were met, meeting design and constructability constraints and opportunities culminating in terraces and duplexes that were welcomed by the market.
