Building Information Management
Building Information Management (BIM) is essential to our design and project delivery. Our dedicated BIM manager ensures that our projects are set up to ensure efficiency in design and coordination across disciplines. Our BIM strategy is defined at project establishment, our BIM manager ensures that the project objectives and protocols are achieved to ensure fluidity in delivery.
Health & Wellbeing
Louie Rau the Cocker Spaniel joined the PB&A. team as Wellbeing Officer and Chief of Security in 2015. Responsible for providing pet therapy, Louie prides himself on his ability to reduce stress and nurture productivity within the office.
Training & Support
PB&A. promote and foster ongoing professional development and providing our staff with the skills to grow their career. At PB&A. we run weekly design and technical training sessions to ensure we keep ahead of emerging trends and construction issues. Our experience is shared, our younger staff are mentored by the more experienced staff to ensure our knowledge is shared.

Current Vacancies

Senior Architectural Technicians:

We are seeking Senior Architectural Technicians who are fervent about detail, understanding their pivotal role in the delivery of successful projects. This role will see an experienced Senior Architectural Technician document and manage projects and technical teams from resource consent through all phases to delivery. 

The successful candidate will have: 
- At least 10 years of industry experience ideally in New Zealand, relevant experience in multi-unit residential/apartment development     advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in leading technical teams in delivering projects from resource consent through all phases to delivery.
- Excellent verbal and effective team communication Ability to develop, maintain and lead client and agent     relationships, ensuring design requirements are met.
- Ability to problem solve, interrogate, and understand the complexities of multi-unit residential design.
- Ability to mentor, support and foster technical team development.
- Site experience to be able to monitor progress inclusive of shop drawing review and RFI’s response.
- Experience in producing and overseeing quality resource consent, building     consent and contract/construction documentation.
- High skill level in Revit and proficient in BIM (inclusive of BIM360, Revizto and Navisworks).
