North was a highly exciting multi-residential project looking out over Ponsonby’s residential character housing with views of the sky tower, Upper Waitemata, Waitakere ranges and Manukau Harbour. Initially developed as one site the client added two further sites to the project enabling the addition of the townhouse typologies to traditional apartments within the two towers. Under the AUP and SHA that were in their early stages we were able to propose, and secure significant height and floor area concessions based on good design and justification.
