Olivia is often the first point of contact in the office, for clients, consultants and specifiers. Highly organised, personable and with a positive resolve, Olivia’s role within the practice is critical to ensuring continuity of communication within PB&A. A client first approach, she is abreast of all projects within the office.

Olivia draws on her administrative skillset to support the management and wider PB&A team. Her role sees her facilitating internal HR tasks and initiatives within the office inclusive of Social and Continuing Professional Development programmes. Managing PB&A’s online presence, Olivia oversees our social media content development and planning, and website management.

Olivia is a true team player, her collaborative and pragmatic approach to her work is an asset to the practice.
